WINTER STORAGE (October 15th, 2007 - June 1st, 2008)
$30.00 per ft. - All Boats on owner's cradle
$30.00 per ft. - All Power Boats on owner's jackstands
$33.00 per ft. - Sailboats and Power boats required to be parked by Travelift (to be done ONLY with management approval)
CRADLE AND JACKSTAND RENTAL
$6.00 per ft. boat length per season (plus 6% sales tax)
BOAT STORAGE SERVICES
$2.00 per ft. - pressure washing (painted bottoms)
$4.00 per ft. - pressure washing (unpainted bottoms)
$5.00 per ft. (boat length) - unstep mast
$5.00 per ft. (overhang) - mast storage on boat
$2.00 per ft. (mast length) - mast storage on ground including all instruments and antennas
$75.00 plus materials - winterize engine
$30.00 plus materials - winterize non-pressurized water system
$60.00 plus materials - winterize pressurized water system
$30.00 plus materials - winterize head
$65.00/hr. plus materials - winterize generators, air conditioners, shower sumps, etc.
$250.00 per engine - Full Engine and Outdrive Winterization Service (remove drive, grease gimbal bearing, grease spline, inspect bellows, drain & refill gear lube, grease U-joints, re-install with new gasket, check alignment, change oil and filters (price includes up to 6 qts. of oil).
SHRINKWRAP
$13.00 per ft. for power boats up to 8.5 ft. beam
$15.00 per ft. for power boats 8.5 ft. beam and over
$13.00 per ft. for sail boats with mast down
$16.00 per ft. for sail boats with mast up
$68.00 per hour to install owner's custom cover
